Assistants
A farrier’s assistant is an important member of the team! Offering safety and support to the farrier by helping with setup, shoe pulling, clinching, grinding, data entry, and cleanup. Schedule a ride along with a farrier to find out more about this position.

Apprentices
Apprenticeships with Principal Farrier Seth Noble and Podiatrist Brandon King, DVM are available annually. Apply to be considered for 2026. Our assistants are first in line for eligibility.

Farriers
Noble Farriery is hiring farriers who have at minimum completed farrier school. Applicants must be willing to learn our trim methodology for quality standard assurance and be willing to work collaboratively with the entire team and love horses.

Because horses come first for Noble Farriery, our role is to be the best advocates we can be for them. We function as collaborators within our team and with other equine care professionals, trainers, and riders. By providing safe, compassionate service to horses, we never compromise on doing what is best for them. As a result, even our “difficult” horses look forward to seeing us.
This isn’t an easy job, so our work needs to be meaningful and filled with opportunities to grow. Our company works to create the best support system for our farriers’ careers and success.
Structure & Benefits
Salary, health & liability insurance, a retirement plan, weekends, sick leave, and vacation time will all be provided to you as a full-time employee of Noble Farriery.
All farriers learn our Noble Farriery Trim Methodology and horsemanship skills. After a probationary period, you will be given your own list of clients, a schedule, bi-monthly pay, and benefits. Benefits include medical (health, vision, dental), disability insurance, and a 401K with employer matching.
By having a limited number of 4-5 horses per day for you to work with on a schedule run by our office administrator, Noble Farriery offers farriers a structure for success. We provide your vehicle, uniform, equipment, and advocate for your safety.
