    Seth Noble

    PRINCIPAL FARRIER

    Owner and founder of Noble Farriery, Seth is also a board member of the International Association of Professional Farriers and a member of the American Farrier’s Association. Because of his thirty years of experience in the industry working on sport horses and therapeutic cases, Seth has developed a standard method of trimming that enables consistent results from all Noble Farriery employees ensuring great farriery no matter their experience level.

    Sarah Caples Noble

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Sarah is responsible for creating our business model and operating procedures for a successful multi-farrier practice. The values of our culture, brand, and mission statement are cultivated and stewarded through her efforts. Sarah is also the Director of Noble Media & Events LLC, the marketing partner of Noble Farriery. Working closely with her husband Seth and all team members, she is the center point of the company and its operations.

    Brandon King, DVM

    PODIATRIST/SENIOR FARRIER

    Dr. King is a veterinarian at Pilchuck Equine Hospital, and the Senior Farrier and Podiatrist for Noble Farriery. His value to our company and our clients is immeasurable allowing us to offer the full scope of care for horses who require medical care. Dr. King plans to spend the next year developing a podiatry department and internship program for Noble Farriery to educate and employ veterinarians wanting to learn farriery and practice podiatry.

    Erin Davidson

    OFFICE MANAGER

    The backbone of our business, Erin keeps everything running smoothly. From organizing schedules, inventory, and billing, to handling HR and L&I Safety accountability, while ensuring the team has everything they need, Erin is a top-notch professional.

    Trenton Flock

    CONTENT MANAGER

    With a passion for animal welfare and a knack for storytelling and research, Trenton has helped shape our horse-first message across many platforms, including our journal and newsletter, and is currently working with Seth Noble on a curriculum for horse owners and farriers.

    MARKETING MANAGER

    The magic eye behind our digital presence, Beth attended film school before starting at Noble Farriery as a Farrier Assistant and now captures stunning imagery, videos, and social media content that stops the scroll and brings our mission and message to wider audiences every day.

    Delano Calimlim

    APPRENTICE

    After attending college, Delano joined the team as a Farrier’s Assistant to Seth Noble beginning his education to become a Junior Farrier. He has worked his way up to Apprentice and is learning our horsemanship, trim methodology, and forging techniques before going to shoeing school in March. When he returns he will refine his skills further and begin growing his client list in the Fall.

    Brendon Wren

    APPRENTICE

    A recent high school graduate, Brendan joined the team as a Farrier’s Assistant to Dr. King beginning his education to become a Junior Farrier. He has worked his way up to Apprentice and is learning our horsemanship, trim methodology, and forging techniques before going to shoeing school in May. When he returns he will refine his skills further and begin growing his client list next Winter.

    Lauren King

    FARRIER’S ASSISTANT TRAINER

    Lauren has worked as both a full-time and part-time Assistant to Seth Noble. Due to her excellent horsemanship skills and highly focused ability to anticipate our farrier’s needs, she is our go-to person when it comes to training our incoming assistants.
