Horsemanship is a lifelong learning process with constant rewards when you take a heart-centered approach to farriery. This Chapter begins with Larry the Draft Horse at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center. Larry's a big guy and not too crazy about the trimming and shoeing process, which makes him a great teacher about how to lead with your heart rather than trying to dominate the horse.
In this series, we will be showing the inner-workings of our multi-farrier business -- the professional and personal challenges, the lessons we learn, and the triumphs that the horses in our care get to experience. In this first chapter, Principal Farrier Seth Noble and Director of Operations Sarah Caples-Noble speak frankly about some of these challenges.
